◊  Walk-in's:  I no longer do any walk-ins.  I cannot "squeeze one in".  Please just book an appointment. Whatever the system shows available, is what is available....

◊ If you do not find an open/optimal appointment, there is a 'Waitlist' on the booking page, please utilize it. It works great

◊  After selecting your appointment, you MUST CLICK  "BOOK APPOINTMENT".  You will immediately receive an email and text confirmation. If you don't receive them, you did not complete the booking process and your appointment is not scheduled. 

◊  Double check the times and dates you are selecting ! Far FAR too many people showing up at the wrong time and dates. 

CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOWS

Most if not all other places have a policy addressing this and they are quite rigid, which often includes having to keep credit cards on file; even to book the appointment; and charging for no-shows...
I DO NOT want to start doing this. The open schedule is great for you and me.
- I ask that the “no-show” gets curbed.
- For cancellations I’m definitely not looking for cancellations of 12-24 hours ahead. However, several hours would be wonderful. It gives me the chance to offer that spot to someone on a ‘wait-list’ or time for someone to discover it.
